Treadmill Book Holder - Enjoy a Quality Book While Exercising

Have you ever felt bored or felt you needed to have some fun while exercising on your treadmill? Well now you can overpass that boredom with the help of the ingeniously simple invention called a treadmill book holder. Basically what these accessories do is hold a book for you to read while exercising, allowing you to workout and have fun at the same time. You can use them to review your favorite magazine, read a novel or a workout guide, provided the book or magazine will fit the book holder. They are attachable to any flat surface on your treadmill, although some treadmills come with an incorporated book holder.

Treadmill book holders come in different sizes and forms. Because not all books have the same size, book holders usually come in three main sizes: 4, ¼ “ wide and 7, 1/4 “ high, 6” wide and 8 ½” high and the higher ones which do not have a preset size and are usually used for custom commands. The main forms in which book holders come are pins (a large rectangular pin that holds your book and makes it easy for you turn pages while exercising) and book straps or invisible belts that hold your book’s pages making reading during your workout comfortable. Pages are easily turned by hand with the help of the belt.

In case you find it uncomfortable to read with the book holder placed on your treadmill, you can always relocate it to a position close to where you are working out. Simply pick up the book holder and place it on your table or another piece of furniture that gives you a great reading point. Of course you can only do this if the book holder is detachable from the treadmill and it doesn’t come as one of the treadmill’s integrated parts. Also, in case you remove the book holder from the structure of your treadmill, make sure your head will stand in a comfortable reading position or you might get injuries or neck pains after a while.
 

When buying a book holder, always check out its size and quality and try to figure out where you have space to put it, before buying. In case your treadmill doesn’t offer enough flat space somewhere near the console, where you will be comfortable reading, the book holder might be useless while working out.
