Planning before buying...
One huge issue that you should look at if you're planning on buying a treadmill is the base section. For instance, if you do not have a lot of extra room in your home, you may want a model that can be folded up and out of the way. You should also find out how easy it is to do so - it doesn't do you any good if it is harder to put the treadmill belt up than you can easily manage. You should also check out the quality of the belt and see whether or not it has an incline - and what the maximum is. Inclines allow you to get a better work out than you would otherwise.

That way, you can make sure your treadmill will be able to go the distance for you. On some models, you can even choose between several different color schemes.
